To the EAST:

QUEENS ROAD but with the addition of  IOLA DRIVE and HEATHER CLOSE which are not included in the neighbouring Tan Lan Residents Association

To the WEST:

STATION ROAD at its junction with ABERGELE ROAD, CLIFF ROAD and CLIFF GARDENS.

To the NORTH and SOUTH:

The boundary will be the RAILWAY LINE and the NORTH SIDE OF ABERGELE ROAD between Queens Road and Station Road (west).
